Are all of your grooming products suitable for Dogs with sensitive skin?
Our Sensitive Shampoo, Conditioner and Refreshing Spritz were the first products we created. We then based the rest of our grooming collections on our Sensitive products, which means all of our grooming products are suitable for Pooches with sensitive skin. However, if your Pooch's skin is super sensitive, we recommend you stick with our Sensitive range as it has the added soothing and hydrating benefits of Aloe Vera, Cucumber and Oats.
Is it safe to use Pampered Pooch Shampoo on my Dog’s face and around their eyes?
Our Shampoos are made with gentle surfactants so they are safe to use around your Pooch’s eye area, however, care should be taken to prevent direct contact with their eyes – as no one likes shampoo in their eyes! (This goes for our Conditioners and Refreshing Spritzes too).
Are these products suitable for use on cats?
No, its best not to use Pampered Pooch products on cats as many contain essential oils which can be toxic to cats.
Do you test your products on animals?
We love animals so we're cruelty free and don't conduct animal testing. When we develop a new product we test it thoroughly on ourselves. Then, only when we're 100% happy with the product, we adjust the pH levels to trial it on our Pampered Pooches: Bijou, Lilly, Poppy and Stevie.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a pick-up option.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch every order within one working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation with tracking information. From dispatch, delivery time is usually 2-4 working days.
